Web service of client orders for image proccessing

Metrodesk (image editing company) has been in the online outsourcing industry providing pre-press graphic design, Logo design, In Design and Quark service, Web design, clipping path, Image masking, and similar image manipulation work with high quality and fast delivery time. They are full service online outsourcing company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.


This is one of our first foreign clients. We are engaged in the support of some backends services of Metrodesk company and developed a small project based on Ticktail service. Therefore, we are bound by quite a long working relationship communication, which growth basically with Hashib Md Abdul,  the Director of Operations at Metrodesk.


Aim of current project is development of web service for create orders of Metrodesk image proccessing services in online. On the one hand, this project is focused on the customer and allows the user to make in his account order for image processing. Using a flexible configuration in the expanded order form the customer has ability to specify as precisely as possible what should be with image after processing. On the other hand, backend part of the service automates order processing within the Metrodesk service team and automates the process of interaction with the clients.

Quite complex of business processes related with customer order proccessing were automated during our working timeline. A similar service was already used by Metrodesk, but according to this project we had tasks to make completely new service based on new technologies with focus on performance and server optimization. Application architecture for project has been developed that allows further scale the project and engaged in its effective support. Currently project is still in the implementation phase and the final release.
